You can include your payment with your application, or pay with PayPal using the buttons below.  There are two membership options: $135 for your annual membership which includes all nine breakfasts, saving you $2 per breakfast over the member price and $5 per breakfast over the non-member price; or $45 for your annual membership then you pay $12 for each breakfast you attend.
